?I may have been in denial but not for long as I quickly transitioned into disbelief. I simply could not believe the organization I helped stay afloat was removing me from the payroll. What? Certainly not me! Anger came over me like an uninvited guest and I didn?t realize it had pulled up a chair to my table. The questionable emails, the infamous side meetings, and lack of critical communication played like a broken record in my head. I just couldn?t seem to turn it off!?
